I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds, but unfortunately, they were extremely noisy with screaming and shouting waking me up at 3:30 am. The location was fantastic for accessing the restaurant and bar areas, convenient for my daughter's 21st event, and close to the city center and public transport shops. The dining options were great overall, with delicious snacks, but I was disappointed that they were packed away before the scheduled end time. The service was friendly and accommodating, but I had a bit of trouble with the check-in process and some services were lacking behind the counter. However, the value for money was good considering the amenities offered.
The hotel's rooms were large, well-appointed, and ready for an early check-in after a long drive to Perth, making our stay very convenient. The service staff were friendly and approachable, although they could have been more helpful in catering to specific needs.
